30-day room trial

Live with your rug for 30 days. If the colour is not right in your light, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

Conditions

• The rug must be in original, unwashed, unaltered condition.
• Original packaging or an equivalent protective wrap is required.
• Custom-woven and made-to-order rugs are non-returnable, as they are made to your specification.

How to start a return

Email us at care@bonanzarugs.com with your order number and a photo of the rug in place. We will send a pickup label within two working days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through XPay within 7–10 working days of the rug reaching our studio and passing inspection. Return shipping within India is on us; international return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the rug arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the rug and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and send it to us. We will replace or refund in full, including all shipping.
